new blood, new life Empty new blood, new life

Post by Admin Fri Jan 13, 2012 8:29 am

our old mamacita pooch took the trip to doggie paradise last fall--our other 2, her pups are 11 and a little worse for the wear and tear

so--thanks to facebook, we have found a couple of adoptees

a 2-3 yr old bobtail female with 1 glass eye--down in Decatur, TX--1 or so drive

c if i can get a pic here

    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=126014464185008&set=o.153574731363785&type=1&theater

settle for a link for now

but--the really cool thing is we have found a 4-5 week old pup--alice--from the corpus area--looks like they are gonna fly her up to weatherford,tx for us to meet there

This is Alice. She was just rescued from a small south TX shelter and is in temp. foster care in Corpus Christi. Her time was up and we HAD to get her out of the shelter. However, her current foster situation is very temporary. She is only 4 or 5 months old. She will be completely vetted and then she needs a forever home or a foster home that can keep her until her forver home finds her. Please email info@catahoularescue.com if you are interested in adopting or fostering little Alice.
(alice is the 2nd pic---1st pic is Mademoiselle Amor(as of now--frenchie name for a part frenchie dog)

Lance--i have only eaten it 3 times--twice basque cooking style in bakerfield, ca---and once grilled by my brother--it's pretty rich--i think if i was a shepherd i would be partaking --- 225 is a bunch of shearing--i rented from a shepherd family up in peteluma--that lanolin will play hooey with your hands--they had already eaten their yearly kill and i left b4 the next slaughter

We had a Basque cook in one of the pipeline camps. He could make a lamp chop that just melted in your mouth. I still eat it once in a while, great stuff if it's prepared right and properly slaughtered.

the big dog is home--what a well mannered dog--she is full of energy--hasn't even looked sideways at the cats and the doggie intro's with the 2 old dogs was smooth as silk--i even feel younger

aside from a brutal north wind and 37 degrees it is a fine day cheers
