Falling apart

No not my junk, me. Managed to get my neck and right shoulder twisted up somehow a few weeks ago. Figured it would be okay in a day or three. Wrong. Now my right arm keeps going numb and hurts like a mofo at times. Chiropracter says I pulled a muscle and pinched a nerve. It feels better after I leave the office but the pain comes back in a few hours. It's slowly getting a little better but damn slowly. Guess I gotta slow down some. Dang.

I got a 2 day with nuthin to do weekend comin up. I think I'm gonna do just that. Nuthin.

The bright side is my chiropracter is a she and damn is she hot. She is also, unfortunately for me, married.

Just got back from another session. Cheap thrills is right. It's hard to find a hottie that will twist you up for a $10 copay.


Kinda neat. A female wrapping her fingers around my neck without having intentions of making her thumbs meet in the middle of my throat. Who'd a thunk it.

Update on this one. Chiropracter was helping with mobility issues but not the pain. Went back to my regular MD. He concurred with the chiropracter. Pinched nerve with muscle damage. Gave me scripts for something to reduce the swelling and a pain med that will take the edge off the pain but not turn me into a zombie. Be on the stuff for a couple days and I feel a lot better. Getting old sucks.

glad u got some good docs---nerve pain is a biatch--that gettin' old biz--as reported here by a feller from montana--ain't for sissies--i say refuse to get old--easier said than dunn(wee pun)

i try to play games with the nerve pains--pretend it's a treatment or some such thing--that burning and tingling can become addictive--and then when i can't take any more--i just go find something to try to do--u know--like smash a finger with a hammer or whatever--i've been told that a lime in a coconut works wonders :?:

Ugh..none of that sounds fun to me. Got a left arm and hand that's been going just slightly numb for years..I know it's in my back, and one of these days it's gonna make me sit up and pay attention. The hand is the worst as it's tough to tell if I'm hanging on to something or not when it goes.....
Like my friend says, the "golden years" is a bunch of BS.. it's more like the "lead" years!
