We had a pull type case with a finicky old Wisconsin engine. I learned my first cuss words listening to my dad trying to start it. Hand crank only, no electric starter.

We had one just like that. The guys got tired of trying to hand crank, so Grandpa rigged up a setup for the 1/2" electric drill...they'd just start it and let it run all the way to the field..... back in the days of cheap gas!

Ive never had the pleasure of working with a wisconsin engine, but from what my dad and uncles told me the only good one was on in the junkyard.
