Just picked up a 2000 E-250 tonight. A friend removed it for some people who said the tranny quit working and they never tried to drive it again. It was 20 below when they tried to drive it, maybe the cable was iced up Rolled it off the trailer and drove it around. 5.4 idles smooth but is a little rough under power, maybe the 3 year old gas. New back tires...$350

Re: Econoline
It does have a boinked in front corner and needs a turn signal housing. also has the inside bulkheads behind the seats as it was a contractor van, back tires brand new, blower motor missing. It'll need a little lovin, hope I can flip it for a grand. Private party Kelly blue is $1900 in fair condition.

Re: Econoline
Looks like it probably needs a tranny. I have to run the numbers and see if maybe one from a Crown Vic might work. I know where I can pull a good one for a buck and a half.
