New computer

Time to put the old Dell to rest, 2002 model is just a dinosaur now.

I also upped it to 8 gb memory.

That should be about right then for memory.

couldn't look at it--ended---Dude--u gotta dell!!!! windows 7 has been easy to use with no glitches here--have it on 2 computers--a custom deal from directron and a refurb compaq lappie from staples--i would still do xp pro --probably the best so far--we have had dells--they were ok,but i won't be in the market for another one--i hope it does what u need, and i am sure it will--nothin' more aggravating than a dyin' puter :homer:

That's why I wanted this one and probably why it's cheap, still has Windows 7. Which I have on my LT and am sorta used to. Not a dam thing wrong with this old XP but they'll probably stop supporting it at some point.

I have windows 8 on my laptop. It is very different from windows 7 and i usually cuss at my computer daily. It does have some cool features but it takes a while to find what you want. It doesn't have your start button in the bottom left corner and runs apps like a phone.

There is supposed to be an app to make it look more like 7

maybe a morphine app

and of course the old time travel app
