Made a trip over Tensleep to Cody and Powell yesterday. What gorgeous country. There is still snow at the top. I could just stay up there. Trip back with a big fatass Dodge 3500 on the trailer was slow coming off the pass. 17 hours, too long for me any more, ain't worth shit the next day. Glendive tomorrow.

wow--pretty hairy road (16 ?)----had to look that up on the map--that's a long haul for sure--i am guessing some white knuckles and a pretty good pucker in some places--nothing like a good dose of adrenaline --17 hrs is too long behind a wheel or even just sitting in a vehicle for me anymore--even the 2 hrs to big d is more than i care to do---i figure it's the rebound from days on end on the road or in the air in the past--thank goodness there is a earthcam network--i have been doing a good bit of travel that way--oceans, snowy peaks and cities from around the world---even got in some inter-galactic travel lately--it's happening--Carlos Castaneda and others said it would
