our dear old Prinny made the grade today---she was a gallant hound and a priceless friend -- nearly lost her to the bird borne virus before she was 6 mo old-- she was a bit cripple in the hind quarters her entire stay here on the rock(this time around)-- the past 4 weeks had been a struggle, but she had a heart as big as can be--never a whimper or a cry-- i knew, as did she, and i will cherish and honor her for all time--her soul will forever protect our souls

Thank you Miss Princess for 13 great years

(no responses or condolences required--this is my tribute to her)

I hate it when a good dog goes.

Hope she is doing better where she is now.

Only thing wrong with a good dog is that they just don't last long enough!! I feel for ya JD.

hey--thanks guys--really, this passing was so much different from previous ones--her brother, Binder, same litter, is mourning and showing the same symptoms--not quite as advanced--so........

Princess knew--we had some special moments during the last 2 weeks--we were blessed to be able to have her with us for a while, she'll be back, hopefully as a guardian for someone that needs one or as a more advanced being
