OK...finally going to get loose from this place for a day or 2! I'm headed to Denton, NE, leaving here on Friday, getting there on Sat, then heading back here on Monday, dropping down into KS for a bit to pick up a stitcher.....at least that's the current plan. So if ya see me along side the road somewhere, smile and wave as you drive by!

Re: Road Trip
Does this have anything to do with the situation I perceive that half the horses in the U.S. are in the wrong place necessitating much interstate transportation of said horses?

Re: Road Trip
Hahaha....nah, no horses on this trip. It has to do mostly with the fact that Sierra and Jim bought a stock trailer for us at an auction back there for about 1/3 the price that it would be here, and that they also bought a couple sleighs for us to rebuild (and they're sitting in the stock trailer) and that I just bought this monster leather stitcher in KS, and it's all got to get back here somehow. So, this is about the last time I'll have a window to run down and retrieve it all this year... Kate's going to fly down in a few weeks to visit and spend some time there, but one of us needs to be here at all times for my folks and the animals..... just life, I guess.
I'm on the road this afternoon...bright sunshine forcast, so look out!

Re: Road Trip
Saw a couple of those big stichers sell at auction oven in Montana a few months back. I don't know beans about what to look for as far as condition. Both were Landis. Amish bought them.
