Hope everyone is okay. Crazy here as usual. Got a major house renovation going, half the junk I own is breaking down and both jobs are blasting busy. This Marcellus shale business has been great for business. Really hoping that come November the folks don't fuck it all up by voting for the wrong Governer cantidate.

Just bought me a toy for shits and giggles. I spotted a 2-71 Detroit on the pile and just had to have it. It's got a few missing/broken items but it turns. I'm thinking on mounting it on a trailer to tow behind the 72. Make a few shows and of course lots of noise.   

Okay time to get back to doing stuff. Clothes dryer is back together, both washers are humming and it's back on the ladder.

Yeah Spart I kinda felt sorry for that 'troit.    It's small enough that it won't kill me to tinker with it but big enough to do what old Detroits do best.

2-71=very cool. I would love to have one of those old 400 amp Lincoln welders with a 2-71. Or even better a 435 John Deere tractor. Wait maybe those were a 2-53, was there such a beast?
