    sage advice--add yours

Post by Admin on Fri Feb 12, 2010 10:27 am

There are lots of ways of being miserable, but there's only one way of
being comfortable, and that is to stop running round after happiness. If
you make up your mind not to be happy there's no reason why you
shouldn't have a fairly good time.
    - Edith Wharton

me pops had another version of this one..."If ya gotta fuel it, fix it, feed it or fuk it... ya really don't need it." and he would usually follow it with " Just remember son , she(thinks) she controls half the money and all the pu$$y.

    Heres one I hear too.

Wanna know the difference between being involved in something vs being committed?

Take a look at a plate of bacon and eggs. The chicken was merely involved while the pig was committed.

Sometimes its just best to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid instead of opening it and removing all doubt.

Here is one I thought would fit.

Arguing on the internet with someone is like being in the special olympics.

Even if you win, your still retarded.

The problem with the world is stupid people.
I'm not advocating capital punishment for stupid people.
I'm just suggesting we remove all the warning labels and let the problem solve itself.

Reckon I'll have to grow some before I can match all you deep thinkers, but I'll throw one out that jd will probably remember...

When you find yourself in a hole, Stop digging

Best way to find dog sh*t in the yard is to go barefooted

Best time to leave home is when she has a gun and PMS

This little bird was lazy and tired of flying south every winter

    So he got to thinking

If all the other little birds go south, I should have enough food to get by till spring

So all the other birds flew south and life was good

Come February right in the middle of a big ice storm he ran out of food

Well heck I gotta do it. I gotta fly south, I'm starving

He flew and flew and flew and then it happened

His wings froze up and he crash landed in a race horse farm in Kentucky

He landed on a little hay so it didnt kill him

Well that wasn't so bad he thought

About that time a race horse came by and took a big race horse sh*t on him

Well this is bad he thought, First I nearly starve, then I freeze up and crash land

and now This race horse sh*ts on me

Then he notices he race horse sh*t is thawing him out and he is warm again

He gets so excited that he sticks his head out the top of the race horse sh*t

    and starts singing

A cat sleeping in the barn hears him singing and climbs now and digs him out

    and eats him

    3 morals to this story

    1. Everyone that shits on you is not your enemy

    2. When you have been sh*t on, don't sing about it

    3. Everyone that gets you out of a pile of sh*t is not always your friend Very Happy

Know the difference between Stand up and shut up

You never win an argument with your wife, you might think you did laying on the couch, alone thinking back over it.
