I pulled a pound of venison burger out of the freezer Saturday and put it in the Frig. to defrost
Last night I chopped up some onion and mixed them up good and then made 4 patties
Back in the bowl with some Worchester Shire sauce and some soy sauce on them, then back in the frig
Built a charcoal fire and let the coals get all white
Put em on the little Brinkman, let one side get done then flipped em and put the lid on
Man they were good, The little woman had all the veggies ready and chips to go with it
The other two will be warmed up and a brown gravy on em tonight
