my version--1 of them
using whatever veggies, either from the freezer, cans or fresh
i used frozen and a corning ware bread pan--ya know the oblong deep side type
anyway -- u can adjust the size of the ingredients based on the container
1 cup to 2 cups equal parts veggies
i went with some mixed squash and some carrots and baby green beans
chunk that in the pan first
then a layer of canned chicken--i used the whole can--those giant tuna can sized cans
pour a can of golden mushroom soup over that
season to taste--i went with celery salt, garlic powder, some italian seasoning, onion powder(be creative)
top all that with a can of rotel tomatos
top that with a small can of diced green chiles
cover with wax paper or the like
put in nuclear cooking device (microwave) for 10 min on high--rotate and hit it for another 10
uncover--and whaterever cheese u prefer--re cover and nuke till cheese has melted--i prefer mozzerella --some jack or whatever--even velvetta is good
shovel and eat
the ladies liked it--probably cuz it didn't involve any of their time or effort
