Chicken and Dumplings

I went to buy a chicken several months ago it was $5+. I had just looked at the rotisserie chickens when I walked in and they cost $5+ each. I purchased the rotisserie chicken, cut up half of it into the stock pot, added half a box of chicken broth and half water. Boiled it 15 min, added my biscuts and dang if it wasn't great. 2 nights ago I thawed out some left over smoked turkey and did the same thing. Smoked turkey and dumplings is great.
