Im gettin into Grilling pretty seriously, Try marinading chiken breasts or legs in a bottle of microbrew, 1/4 cup dijon, 1/4 cup worschester suace, 2 tbs pepper, toss in some cilantro finelly chopped, and some green onions chopped, let it marinade for about 3 hours, then slap it on the grill....Yummmm

Thats worth a try and sounds good, no legs here but we have breasts. That just didnt sound right did it lol

That sounds good. Try filleting the chicken breast then fork it a bunch and then marinading it in Wish Bone Red Wine Vinaigrette. Its so good, don't over cook it

ill have to try that. i have heard about using salad dressings as a marinade. BTW i made akiller chili the other night. the trick is to pre cook the beans in the croc pot on high for 4 hours with 3 big chiptole peppers with a little bit of water added.then take the peppers out and add all the other stuff and cook it on low for all day.
