The hitch-cart led out the parade with the parade committee. Hitched to the Frisan guildings

Awesome!! We did the parade here too...don't have pics yet. It was a long day the day before and a short night, but still fun!! Gotta start driving the "4-up" to get ready for the fair!

I didn't get pics yet of my younger sis, they had a nice buggy in the parade too. Last year her husband 4 upped the Deadwood stagecoach but he lost a horse over the winter.

Also on the horse news: Yesterday was the first meeting on the Medora to Deadwood ride they are planning for next year. It will be much the same as the Miles City to Deadwood ride last year. Retracing the old stage routes and checking out what's left of the old stage stops.
