Re: on the home protection topic
Put an ad up on the local farmers market show for a shotgun or a pistol.
Had one fellow call me back and had these to offer:
A mossburg 500 20ga pump for 225
A Ruger P85 mark2 9mm pistol
Suppose to be an all metal pistol, stainless and satin finish, with a holster, 3-4 clips and 5 boxes of ammo
For that one he wants 400 bux.
Any thoughts?

I enjoyed the article on snares. Havn't made or used one in years.

Re: on the home protection topic
Well my first snare in forever worked like a champ last night. I caught a ferrel tom cat that has been spraying my bushes for forever. The wire noose caught him around the neck and I might have used a bit to much lever. I guess that explains why I didn't here anything.

If they taste like my bushes smell I don't want any.
