We plan to get the truck. We're going back after it, a Case horse mower and some other stuff. There is also a good JD dump rake and some small disc gangs I would like to get.

The non Oliver Plow sure looks like it has a MM wheel on it! I would love the Oli plow but I'm flat ass broke at the moment. If it has good bottoms might grab them since they aren't making them anymore and are becoming hard to find. If that JD one way has weights on the steel wheel I would be interested in those I have one that just has a half set.

The oneway has a huge hunk of cast iron back wheel if that's what you mean. It seems like it was segemented. I.d like to save all of it, those implements are all in good shape and I have the books for some of them. Unfortunately I am not rigged up to haul that heavy stuff and it is 75 miles out. The oliver plow is cool because the script is still nice on the back of each bottom. It looks to be in nice shape. If that JD was a 2 bottom I would snag it but I can barely pull the 2 bottom I have with the 3020. What about the 2 bottom corn planter? It is in pretty nice looking shape except the lids are gone.
There was also a Krause one way down over the hill. Those were all it for summer fallowing whan I was a kid. I think I will get a few parts off the 55 combine, like the carb ans that little power assist cylinder. He also has a couple trashed out JD pull types combines but not much is left of them. Then there is a good looking Case ground driven shit spreader. I guess it just had a broken chain when they parked it. Here are a couple pics of the little IH 100 shit spreader I got.

What I'm talking about actually bolt to the wheel and they are segmented into 4 pieces they aren't very big but they are pretty hefty. Are ya gonna save the Case too? I might know a guy in Gillette that would be interested in it I can give him a jingle.

I think we are talking about the same weights. these are real thick, maybe 6" IIRC. I think the Case should be saved. Good metal shit spreaders have some demand, most people who need one don't want to spend a lot. If I do save it I would probably need to get $300 just for the gas and my time.
Do you have any need for tractor wheel weights? I have a set, probably old and I passed up a couple yesterday. One was the whole inner wheel, like the rim just bolted to it.

It depends what kind of wheel weights they are? Anything that has MM stamped on it I might be interested in unless its the big 500lb weights I have enough of those lol. Also looking for MM banana weights and suitcase weights with the MM stamped on them.

    No MM stamped weights.

I posted a picture of the shit spreader on MTF and one guy said it was specifically marketed to pull behind a Cub and highly sought after by Cub collectors.
The early cubs are not to be confused with Cub Cadets.

That spreader is NICE! There was one like that in OR at the auction a couple years ago... IIRC, it went for over 3 grand! I was in on it until about 1200.

my first thought--yes i do have 1 from time 2 time--was that was a wittle bitty mofo---i knew if if fit on that trailer it wern't no big shit scattering sumbitch--i would love 2 have a "real" cub--and that spreader is just right for a truck patch(that'd be a "BIG" garden space)

A couple of the guys on MTF went nuts on the little shit spreader. A guy from Sioux falls offered $1000. Another guy told me he got $2100 for one that he had soda blasted and painted.

Well, it's a complicated deal. I was looking for a terd spreader for my sister and my picking buddy, Jerry, says he has one he bought several years ago for $50 and never wnet after it and she could have it. So we went after it for her. I talked to Jerry about selling it after I found out how much it was worth and he didn't want to go back on his word. So the way it stands, when she decides she no longer needs it, we will sell it and split the money.
