He says it has a 305 or 350 and I'm pretty sure I have a couple of 350's laying around so if its not totally rotted out and the tires are decent I'm thinking this could be a money maker or if not I have something besides my car in the winter. Waiting on the guy to get back to me to see whether I can see it tonight or not.

any port in a storm--something like that--or full size bronco & blazers--down here would have 1500 on it and no engine---go figure

Gonna go look at it here in a bit.... I found out there is a 350 "supposedly rebuilt" laying out in the corner of G-Pa's shop so we shall see.....I think with patience a guy could get more than that out of it as is (Wyotechers start school in two weeks and they are not the brightest people ever LOL)

I got it bought it is going to get a bondo treatment around the cab corners and some on the bed (PO bought it as it was he just wanted the bed for one he is redoing) and a nice coat of primer and a 350 thrown in. If it runs real nice I may drive it around this winter and then get rid of it in the spring.

The story on it is it was owned by some old man then a dumb techer got ahold of it and hotrodded it all the time and was going to sell it to his buddy and the buddy blew it up hotrodding it before they did the paperwork. So the guy I got it from bought it to swap the bed and put a 350 in to sell but recently had a kid so he wants to focus on his project and let this go.
