Got into a thread about oil bath air cleaners. Hizzonner opened his yap. I couldn't resist. Gotta see what he slams me with.

I'm debating whether to go over with my tractor argument or not....pretty fricking sure that no one has used oil bath since the 60's in them (both Steigers I run from the 70's have a big paper element with a smaller one inside and the same on the Case 9350's my brother runs.

Wow..he's a fukkn heavy equipment expert too! That guy really needs an old fashioned ass kicking!

I just read his response to my post. Fukker back pedaled pretty quick. I'm by no means a heavy equipment expert but I do make an honest effort to keep my head out of my ass and pay attention.

I heard the biggest reason they got away from the oil bath is because most people didn't service them regularly. Plus cost had something to do with it I suppose. Paper is best.
