    Here's my idea
    Issue all the ladies little snow plows for their cars
    Announce on TV and radio a 75% off sale at the mall for shoes and purses with a free latte
    Start the sale tomorrow at 7am
    My guess is the roads will be ice and snow free by 6am for a 100 mile radius
