    This morning at 7am my phone beeped and woke me up.
    I looked at the clock and it was flashing
    Work is closed so I didnt get excited about the time
    When I went to turn the coffee pot on I noticed it was light outside
    It was 7am. I always wake up at 5:30am
    We had a rolling brown out, on purpose the TV said
    The power Co. does not have enough electricity so they turn off one grid at a time for 15 min.
    Our gird was off for 1 1/2 hours
    Thats fine for us but what about the people with health issues or the elderly?
    I can't believe we have enough power for a/c in Texas but not heat.

    screwed up for sure--ours has blinked,but, thankfully has stayed on--in laws were out for 6 hrs yesterday--solid ice about 1/4 to 1/2 in under the powderiest powder i ever seen in these parts
