I just got a call from my sis with a crazy bit of news. First off, about 20 minutes after my mom passed away we got a phone call that a good friend of the family and my niece's father in law had a brain anurism. His funeral was today in the school gym of my home town, Wall, S.D. (as in Wall Drug). They get down there for the funeral and the gym is all locked down. The janitor, who was a childhood friend of mine and classmate, had got caught misusing the school credit card (as in embezzling I guess) and was ask to resign yesterday so he went over to the gym last night and committed suicide. Just plain weird.

yep--looks like we got front row seats to the show
