Always looking for a new recipe and as I am on Judy's diet I came up with this one.
I've always have made my Red Wine Chicken so I started thinking why not fish
Anyway she had some talopia thawed out in the frig so I forked em good
put them in a quart ziplock bag with the Wish Bone Red Wine Vinaigrette
cooked them on a charcoal fired grill with one little twig of Pecan.
Best grilled fish I ever ate. The secret to grilling fish outside is don't let the cooking grill get hot before you put the fish on it. I wash it in the sink, spray it with olive oil then put the fish on it and carry it outside to the grill. I cooked these 4-5 min. on each side. No garlic and no Lowrys.
Picking up some crappie, white bass and hybrids over the holiday so we will be having lots of fish
