anyone up for Detroit--this is the 2nd article i have found--another says they want to turn developed land back to farmland, but don't have the money to raze the structures
i'm thinking lots of low cost building materials--course all the good stuff--that sells at the scrap yard is long gone--but some of those 1920's homes and buildings have some very desirable lumber products just waiting to be recycled---hardwood flooring--crown molding--true size lumber--meaning--like--the whole 2 x 4--as opposed to 1.5 x 3.5
a guy would need 2 crews--1 to do the work and 1 to stand guard--it's hard to run a crowbar with a weapon slung on ya
