If the belts are gone but everything else looks to be there, Id offer 60-100 max for it.
The belts alone cost 500 bux to replace if you get the "correct" ones.
Definately need the serial number and more shots of it to say any more than that.
If its a slightly newer model with the tie arm overdrive that adds a few bucks to the value.
