watched the shootout last nite--harvick won--same as last year

i gotta say-- stewart did a slideways fishtail at about 200 mph--guess i am really gettin old cuz i am thinkin my depends woulda been needin a change--and the screwed deuce(older busch) took a hood over the windshield infield grass ride that would fill 'em 4 sure--penske's nascar group--even when rusty was in the deuce--has a bad horoscope or something

Is Mark Martin stayin out of retiremnet again this year. He's always been one of my favorite. Very humble, classy ,as close to old school driver as you gonna get.

martin has the pole for sunday's 500--jr is on the outside

last place takes home 260,000 plus--start her up run 1 & done--that's what u take home--granted the equipment cost are astronomical--but if ya got a running car and can make the show every now and then--pretty good wages

i really don't have a written in stone fav anymore--i like ford,but something about rousch just doesn't sit with me--i'd like to c rcr do better this yr--harvick or burton--and i like ol boris & the cat from down under Ambrose

will be watching the nationwide today, hoping danica does some good

ps--martin winning a championship would suit me just fine--or cuzin carl or jamie mcmurray(show-me guys)&(unrelated to some of JB's favorite mo transplants--- )

Finally we are back to racing. 1 1/2 hour delay for a couple of holes in the track and then to much water in the track for the patches to set.

mcmurray takes the checkered with jr on his bumper----long ass race--2 delays to patch the track--never did have "the big one"

harvick had the best car,but the 2nd green,white , checker didn't go his way

aarrrrggggghhhhhhhhhh--that wormy little bush won at fontana in the nationwide race last nite--the kid has talent--he rubs me the wrong way--fortunately i slept thru most of it



but i am glad to see McMurray on the pole for today's cup race--it would be a cool thing that he win the championship--there is something wrong at roush racing--bad karma or something--i bet if biffle changed teams or carl--they would be champs

Jimmie Johnson wins Fontana---the guy & his team have some really good karma

rcr is coming to life--harvick had a really good car--he was 2nd & burton 3rd

some good racing--so far this year--way better than last yr

Didnt get to see the race this weekend. Sounds like Jimmie might be going for 5 in a row eh, or is it 6 now?

i saw bits and pieces of each

Saw the first 20 laps and the last 30 laps.

Between those, I was studying the back of my eye lids.

hot lanta----quite a race--bad goodyears--cuz carl played not so nice and sent keslowski(sp) on a upside down flight--carl got parked--all the hendrick cars were back in the pack--jr went from the pole to the hole--sumthin like 2 laps down

kurt busch won--kahne led the most laps and montoya had a shot at the win--came up a little short

it was a beer battle for quite a while--miller v bud---last of the sports these two sponsor
