Congrats on that, getting anything approved seems to be getting more difficult

It went pretty smooth after the zoning officer wised up and figured out that the owner of the neighboring lot and the owner of the restaraunt supply business 12 blocks away are one in the same. After 2 weeks of phone tag the zoning officer walked into the neighbor's store and got his questions answered. Rules say new construction has to be 15 feet from property lines. A varience requires a hearing ( $750 ) unless the neighboring property owner gives consent then the distance is reduced to 2 feet. Since I gave my consent when the aforementioned neighbor built his garagemahal he was happy to return the favor. I can just fit a 20' x 30' building. Smile
