Cobra doesn't like spark plugs

I was coming home the other day and got about a half mile from home when a slight noise got really loud and she started running rough. I looked at it briefly that night but it was dark and the darn engine was shocking me. I messed with it yesterday and found this picture. I hope it didn't trash the threads in the head but the plug was blown out of the hole. I am going to be an expert on dropping trannies and engine on this dang thing. I think I am going to go with all forged internals and make it ready to bolt a supercharger on ( a stock one is 500 used). It was starting to burn oil anyways. Darn thing only has 99k on it and I had the engine out at 78k to work the crank.
