Re: attn AC
I posted a link for him to try and told him he could p/m me with any questions he may have. If he does p/m me I'll invite him over here.
With Hizonner's permission of course.

AC Combine/auction report
Auction yesterday, big'un. I saw a small, side exit AC pull type go for $250. I've never seen one of those before.
I got there late because they gave bad directions so half of the cars were already sold. A 73 F350 with a miller welder went for $500. A G model JD with the squatty front end (like a mini R) went about $2200. There was a 52 KW but I didn't see it sell. Probably 100 vehicles or so. Most of the shit went high, there were dealers of all sorts. I couldn't touch the old car stuff. Bid a pile of copper wire (approx 1000#) to $725 and let it go. I did end up with a couple forges, a small IH tractor grille, probably a C. And an old car accessory heater, some buckets of crap, a pair of brand new 700x15 BFG radials for $50. Spent less than $100 all day.

Re: attn AC
Did ya happen to get a glimpse of the model number on that AC?
Not that I could do anything with it if I bought it.

Re: attn AC
Update on this one. T O F and I exchanged p/m's. Seems he's having brake issues with a spotter tractor where he works. His problem came down to needing a bigger sledge. I got him pointed in the right direction and he's going to get back to me.
