How do you save pics from FTE and Fordification?

The good pics from our 67 are on FTE and Fordification
Due to my divorce I do not not have them saved to my computer
This is because I don't have that computer
My computer will not allow me to highlight the pic and save to my computer
Any ideas?
I,d like to have the truck pics saved to my computer or Photobucket
