Im not surprised to see em pulling stuff out of the lake.

i think the "dumb" gene knows no boundaries--i grew up teasing and getting teased--so it's all good for me

I'm thinkin you're right on the dumb gene. Me, I never pick on okies. Way too many home town tards to fuck with so why should I pick on folks I don't know.
Even if I happen to get bored pickin on townies W.VA is a lot closer.
