Big smoker pic at our deer lease, my nephew built this from my plan
2-55 gallon barrels on top of each other, 3 legs that we drive sucker rod stakes threw
into the ground. 2 doors, 4 racks, 3/8" rebar bent round to fit inside the barrel with expanded metal on them and a cross brace on each, stainless water pan, 3 barrel tops inthe bottom, when one burns out we still have 2 left and then add another, Big Brinkman stainless thermometer screwed into a 1/2" nipple.
We had 2, 100# pigs in it at once, that sounds like a lot but its just 100 # of meat. Pigs dress out at 50%

He cut the stainless steel "Texas" emblem out with a die grinder and etched my initials by Mesquite and his at Iowa Park Tx. What do you think?
Burn barrel far left, Thats the 20" Bud wheel on the left, We build a fire in it and I supplied a floor furnace grate to cook on it and just left of the smoker is the fire/ cooking pit it he made with the swing out, adjustable height cook grate. Just roughing it at the deer lease, but we eat good
