I bet that was just a blast to get back out of there. I about buried a Steiger last year in a spot that looked dry but that is a baby compared to a Big Bud!

It ain't stuck, the tires will still go round. When I see these pictures I always wonder why they have to hopelessly bury it before the give up and go get help.
Did they have to use compressed air to get the mud to turn loose of it?
I saw a kid bury a D8 with a disc like that once. We hooked one D9 on, it spun, hooked on another one, both spun. Then we took the old 657 scraper, picked up a can load of dirt and hooked it up. It didn't even blow black smoke and that D8 came right out.
