Probably won't get either one but you never know. 95% of the sellers on GB are priced higher than any local gunshop will sell a new one for, don't know why they waste their time.

I bid on a few once in awhile. There is a gunshop in Loveland that lists a bunch of stuff on their and jacks it up above store retail.....

I did get my Sharps off gun brokers. Retail for around $1400 and I got 2 of them with shipping for $1370.
Those Howa actions are nice, shot a friends 223 and loved it. I've been wanting a 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser for a while.

What's a big boy? Not familiar with that model. Henry does make a sweet 22 mag pump that is patterned after the old Winchester model 60 or 61 22 but they are rare as hell to find, can't even order a new one right now. You can find the 22 mag brass framed lever action once in a while but never cheap. My brother bought a new one last winter. I think list is close to $500.

I hardly ever shoot either but I'd like a few more guns, good investment.

they are a good investment, and better to have and not need as opposed to the other option

I'm out on the 204 but still have the bid on the 6.5x55. From what I have studied on the 6.5 it has great ballistics, supposed to be a real tackdriver and low recoil.

The big boy is their lever action series but it doesn't look like Henry uses that term with its rim fires only the center fires. The ones with the brass receiver are supposed to be called golden boys and are definitely pricier.
