Binder transport Affraid Binder transport Affraid Binder transport Icon_cheers Ohyeah!!!!!!!!!!!!! There should be another wheel and axel just like that on the other side. I'd be interested in the toolbox as well! Wish I had the room, eventhough that one's a bit older than mine, it'd be a great parts machine!! Sweet!!

The other wheel is buried in the dirt. I snagged that toolbox and another one. There are 4-5 old binders there. I have some more pictures.

John, do you want the whole thing or just the wheels? I'm not sure how much work it would be to get the whole thing out, some of that stuff is really buried. I could take my torch out and get the transports off. I will have to make a trip out and see if he wants to get rid of the stuff Probably does but some stuff he wouldn't let go of, like the road grader and a melted down 2 seat buggy that had all 4 matching steps. Also there were a couple plows, one was a two bottom and probably for tractor, the other is horse drawn. I'm not sure what they call them but the moldboards aren't solid, more like fingers. Also let me know if I need to get stuff together or if you have time to go out there. Bad thing is, I don't have anything to get out there with if it's raining, it's 3 miles of mud. And he is hard to carch at home except in the mornings so I would have to pre-arrange it. My van might make it in the mud but wouldn't do us much good and I hate to put it through that. Also I know where there is the remains of a horse sweep, I think it's a Jayhawk IIRC. I'm needeing a good wooden tongue, or two if you have access to those. Call me and we can talk. 605 723 7967.

JB, I'm mostly interested in the transport wheels/axels. I'd love to take home the rest, but wont have room. If he has a tractor, you should be able to just lift the binder and the wheel/axel will slip off. Gravity holds them in place, with a small latch, if I remember right. Binder transport Icon_scratch
We'll be on the fly (as usual) when we come flying through. Gotta make Springfield IL by the next afternoon, to drive some prospects, along with picking up the oldest girl in Lincoln, NE or somewhere thereabouts...... always behind schedule anymore, it seems.
If you can, find out what he'd take for all that, and I'd also be interested in the twine can and tool box on that one in the second pic you've posted above. I'll try to call tonight or tomorrow....tis a zoo around here lately.

What is the combine behind the binder?

    Is it an All-crop?
