Going to look at another pickemup truck today. OK, somebody stop me, it's a cheby. Well I gotta take a look. It's a 98 one ton, single wheel, extended cab 4x4. 454, 5 speed. Supposed to be a pretty clean truck, shows 70,000. Engine noise, $450

Yeah, that 59 BelAir I had with a 283 was one of the best cars I ever owned. Ain't never had much luck with cheby pickups tho.

man--those wings or fins, on the 59/60's were dangerous---soon after HS i had a 56 chev pu--one of the guys that worked across the street had a 60 chev sedan---we met on our way to lunch one day--that fin can opened the drivers door like a butter knife--nearly came right on thru the inner panel--only reason it didn't break the window was it was january and the window was up--lol

Re: nuther truck?
ps---we had a bridge about 1 mi out of town that spanned about a 1000 ft and had a drop of maybe 150 ft--no railings--that got a little spooky--the 50 thru 54's were best--the 55's didn't do so good
