which way is the best


one continuous wire with the drops in the other line

or

each drop wired into both wires


i have some of those 2 wire temporary construction bulb fixtures and only need 3 or 4 drops

Which ever way is best for you. It doesn't matter to the electricity

Yup. 1 out = all out. Wire them into both.
