Went out with my picking buddy to get a JD A that he bought. There was more crap than we could sift through, several old falling down buildings, all full to the door. Here's a bit of the stuff we found. The M isn't for sale. I dealt for the Chevy truck. Also there is a Model A hay sweep, 60 Chev sedan, 60 Olds Super 88 flat roof, 47 Desoto, 41 Chevy 2 door, 47 Chevy pickup.

Re: Yesterdays finds
what do you mean by 3 legged?
Looks like its a wide front to me.
If its junk for a tractor does it have the char-lynn power steering setup on it?

Re: Yesterdays finds
3 legged means it's missing a front wheel, that was a joke. I didn't look at it close enough to know much more than it's a 77 deisel. Stock power steering had the pump on the back of the generator, doesn't look like it has that.

JB can you shoot me an e-mail at l p e t e r 1 1 @uwyo.edu (without the spaces). I don't check my other one very often and that e-mail is always open while I'm in Laramie.
Also here is an auction in October in Gillette I plan to be in attendance at: http://nixonauctioneers.com/kennedylisting

Done.
That Gillette auction looks like a good one. I like the Shaw garden tractor.

Re: Yesterdays finds
That particular thought ran thru my mind, not too many Oli's around here especially with the adjustable wide front and a diesel.

Re: Yesterdays finds
I guess if you get it cool.
Right now it would be cool to get if it were cheap enough for me.
I would really like to get a char-lynn steering setup for my Allis tractors.

Re: Yesterdays finds
There is a big tractor junkyard here. He has lots of older stuff and ships. Maybe he has a Char-lynn set up. His number is 605 892 2795. He is pretty much a grumpy asshole and high priced but he has the goods.spartman wrote:I guess if you get it cool.
