    The cottonwoods are being notorious right now for coating cars right now. What are some good home remedys to remove sap off of windshields?

    I used some WD-40 followed by vinegar and water to remove the oil and that seemed to work decent.

    i would try a mixture of dawn dish soap

    mix 1 fluid dawn to 32 oz h2o in a spray bottle

    if it not strong enuff bump up the ratio

    A good scrub down with one of those green pads always worked for me.

    Back at the farm, it was always those F*(&ng willow trees that dropped sap everywhere.

    there is a carwash product with clay in it---cuts like a knife--the bottle i had was turtlewax brand--those green pads are kinda hard on the paint and don't touch the windshield with one
